Mikrosistemler has the capability to design, manufacture and characterize MEMS inertial sensors.
The team has the experience on conceptual and behavioral design, finite element simulations, MEMS manufacturing, design and implementation of sensor electronics, packaging as well as the qualification of the inertial sensors.
